I began working on Footloose in my first year of university as the set and props assistant. Very quickly my role was changed to assistant Stage Manager. 2 months into rehearsal our DSM left the production so I worked with the stage Manager to create the DSM book but the SM called the show.

Throughout the production I took blocking notes, created scene breakdowns, marked up the rehearsal space, sourced props and helped in sourcing the set as well as running a couple of rehearsals. During the show I managed the back stage and all the scenery changes with a team of 5 stage hands.
