Stage Manager - All Shook Up, 2024

I stage managed All Shook Up from auditions in late November, 2023 through to show week at the beginning of May, 2024. I managed a production team of 14, a cast of 29 and a stage crew of 4. For this role I ran production meetings, lead rehearsals, scheduled auditions and rehearsals, completed paperwork such as contracts, risk assessments and rehearsal reports, hiring equipment and lead 2 tech days and managed a 4 show run.

During this role I also worked with managing a double cast, multiple cast changes and making a lot of the set pieces. I also managed to save the society some money from the budget to go towards future years. i managed this by hiring the set for only £70 pound through connections from youth theatre. This also allowed for relocation of budget to afford the sound equipment we required
